Formed in 2000 and
substantially redeveloped in 2007, Cambridge Graduate Recruitment
offers two key services to employers and graduates.
The SME Awareness
Program is aimed at smaller and medium sized employers, allowing
them to gain better access to the university’s pool of graduates. We
do this through carefully structured advertising and events,
promotion via our website, and by carrying your material in our
office for distribution to candidates who register with us. There is
a very low, fixed cost for this service and all responses by
candidates are forwarded direct to your organisation. There is no
salary based fee and you receive full candidate details.
The Cambridge Future
Selection Programme is a long term, search and selection
programme which continuously tracks the very best Cambridge
graduates throughout their career. Candidates entering this program
are assessed on a wide variety of skills. Requirements include
academic success, business acumen, attitude and interpersonal
skills. From
this selection process we will match the best Cambridge graduates to
exciting positions at all levels, from the moment they graduate
through to helping them make the transition to the most senior
positions in business.

This is a life long partnership, with candidates in the programme
having their own email address, web based CV and profile. This
service is free to candidates, employers pay a single salary based
commission in line with other selection agencies. |
