About the Program

We offer a specialist graduate service for finalists and recent graduates. Through our program, you can apply for an exciting range of job vacancies across the UK, some of which are not available anywhere else. Even better, applications made with us do not generally carry a closing date - a real advantage if you have been a bit slow getting started on the milkround.

Although we are based in Cambridge and receive a great many applications from the Universities here, we welcome applications from students all over the UK, and in any degree discipline. Job vacancies are available in a growing number of sectors - Engineering, Software Development, Translation and Language services, Publishing and more.

When you register with us we will explain the opportunities available with our clients and how our system works. Registration can all take place on-line, or you can come along to one of the drop in sessions we occasionally host in Cambridge. Please call or email us to arrange a suitable time. Why work with us?

There are many advantages - but the most important is that we can save you a lot of time. We can substantially reduce the volume of paperwork you have to complete - you may only need to submit your CV, rather than fill out a whole application form. We can also provide help with the layout of your CV and preparation for interviews.

Does it cost anything?

Our Graduate Program is fully paid for in advance by our clients, who welcome the opportunity to save money on advertising costs by contacting students directly through our program. At no time will you be charged a fee for applying, and once the program has started, our clients do not pay any further fees. This means you will never be at a disadvantage compared with candidates that applied direct - beware of our competitors that charge an extra fee for each placement!

For example, some graduate agencies charge 15% of your first year salary, therefore making you around £3,000 more expensive to a potential employer than if you applied through us. While cost is not the only factor, the way we work with our clients removes one of the key concerns candidates have about using an agency - the agency fee.
